Save the Ottoman Empire during the First World War in this single-player game.
When war in Europe broke out in 1914, the Ottoman Empire, in accordance with secret protocols, agreed to shelter the runaway German battleship Goeben, which was renamed Yavuz. With Britain refusing to deliver the newly ordered Turkish battleships, the Turkish-German fleet bombarded Russian forts, marking the Ottoman Empire's entry into the First World War.
Ottoman Sunset , by designer Darin Leviloff, is a stand-alone States of SiegeTM solitaire game about the First World War in the Near East from 1914 to 1918. The player controls the Young Turks (CUP or Comité d'Union et de Progrès) as they attempt to keep the Ottoman Empire alive amidst the fighting of the Great War.
