Looters of the North Sea - 2024 Edition takes place during the golden age of the Vikings. Players take on the role of Viking warriors seeking to impress the Jarl, the Clan Chief, by leading the most daring raids. Gather a crew and provisions to travel across the seas to plunder gold, iron and livestock. Only battles will bring you glory, even if it means entrusting your soul to the Valkyries...

The aim of the game is to impress the Jarl by having the most Victory Points at the end of the game. These VPs are obtained :

•     Raiding Objectives,
•     collecting Loot
•     making offerings to the Jarl.

How players use their loot is essential to their success.

The game ends when only one Fortress Raid remains, or when all Valkyries have been removed, or when all Offerings have been made.
