Can you restore the family's reputation?

England, mid-19th century. Obsession begins with you as the head of a country house in ill repair; many rooms have been closed off to save on upkeep and heating, outside grounds are not manicured, and the façade in places is in desperate need of restoration. It is far from the glory days of the estate, but you have new hope. A significant inheritance has made possible the restoration of the grand old estate and rehabilitation of the family's reputation.

 ​In Obsession, your country estate is represented by a series of game tiles describing rooms and outdoor spaces that have been renovated. These renovations enable the family to host social activities—Fox Hunts, Music Recitals, Formal Dinners, Grand Balls—all the while enhancing your family's reputation in the county and unlocking special abilities.

    J'ai reçu le jeu la semaine dernière avec déjà une première partie, les règles même en anglais sont très claires . Elles sont faciles à maitriser. Le jeu et très beau et fonctionne très bien avec du placement d'ouvriers (gestion du personnel, embellissement du manoir,  organisation de festivités et invitations de manière à attirer l'attention des deux personnes à marier dans le comté). Une petite après-midi pour le plateau de jeu le plus court (17 tours de jeu) (il en existe deux).

    Excellent jeu. Le thème de l'époque victorienne est à la base de ce jeu de cartes (les invités), de tuiles (embellissement du domaine) et de placement de serviteurs. Plus votre réputation augmentera et plus vous aurez des invités prestigieux.

    Super jeu de placement de tuiles et de gestion de main. Le matériel est d’excellente qualité, les mécaniques sont très différentes des jeux « classiques ». Le thème est ultra présent, avis aux fans de Downton Abbey !
