The Batman Who Laughs is a supervillain. He is the evil counterpart of Batman in the multiverse and can be considered Batman's worst nightmare. To symbolize this, one might imagine Batman infected by the Joker's toxin, no longer possessing a code or ethics.

In gameplay terms, The Batman Who Laughs has increased resistance due to his armor. His form terrifies his opponents, who are penalized if they wish to enter his zone. His cunning behavior gives him a significant advantage during close combat attacks if an ally is with him.

This character is playable in Versus mode (the Versus expansion is required to play this tactical 2-player confrontation mode).
 He has no power and can only be played as a lieutenant.
