Set & Match is a unique game that extends the sensations of tennis beyond the court. All the ingredients of tennis are present in a game where skill and tactics combine just as they do on the court. Flick after flick, the players confront each other, pitting their style of play, precision and intensity against each other.

Set & Match is played on a board representing a tennis court, where the players, in singles or doubles, flick the ball back and forth.

The genius mechanism is the exchange counter. It counts 3 squares on each side of the net, with one in the centre. At the start of a rally, the cursor is placed on square 0. Each shot played has a value equal to the value written on the square where your ball lands (from 0 to 3). The value is higher on the lanes or at the back of the course, which are more difficult to reach. If the value of the square is 2, you move the cursor two squares towards your opponent. If, in response, he returns the ball to a 3 square, he pushes the cursor back 3 squares, and so on, until he reaches one of the 3 squares, scoring the point.

The game does a marvellous job of recreating the tension of a tennis match, minus the physical condition and fatigue, plus the laughter.
