set of two dices:
D6 (6-sided die) Dagon
D20 (20-sided die) Skellige
+ a rules sheet and stickers
Rule development by Kang-Wei Hsu:
To increase the uncertainty and risk of navigation, perform the following steps each time the player travels to an island:
- As in the original rules, the player plays a card with a terrain type corresponding to the location he wishes to reach.
- The player rolls the Skellige die (D20) and determines the direction of navigation based on the result on the attached table.
- If the player wishes to sail to an island, he rolls the Dagon die (D6) and compares the result with the hazard track.
Rule clarifications:
Island location stickers can be added to the back of the event cards of the corresponding new islands.
When an unknown island appears on the dice roll, the corresponding event card is obtained directly.
These rules are designed to complement monster battles and increase the uncertainty of travel.
Monster interception is determined in the following order: The Siren appears if she is on the Dagon location.
If Siren has been defeated by the player or if the Dagon is on the Dagon location, the Dagon will appear to attack the player.
Handcrafted. The symbols are hollow and filled with black water-resistant ink (do not use alcohol).
Each die is unique and may have small defects.
Material: mass-colored resin.
Unofficial product, dice sold alone without the map or accessories. Requires the base game and expansions.
