Europe in the age of imperialism: international investors try to gain the most influence in Europe through their bonds: they influence the policies of six empires: Austria-Hungary, Italy, France, Great Britain, the German Empire and Russia. Nations build factories, ships and armies.

Investors oversee the expansion of their nations, go to war, levy taxes and reap the profits. Since the nations of Europe are under the fluctuating influence of different investors, new strategic alliances and conflicts arise between them again and again!
