It's as if they walk out of that big rack door dreaming of what they'll find, then the Wasteland takes hold of them and transforms them into something completely different. When the day of emergence arrived and the great door of Vault 76 opened, it was impossible to know who would emerge. Heroes, killers, vagabonds or anything else - no one could say how the Wasteland would reshape a person as they walked its paths. One thing has been proven through the myriad stories of the world: almost every Vault inhabitant who emerges has an impact on the world, each forming their own stories, their own legends.
