A role-playing game covering syndicates, police, federal agencies, criminal activities, forensics, criminal skills, corruption, terrorism, special police units, hostage-taking, laws, the F.B.I. and its laboratories, SWAT teams and inter-gang conflicts, etc., all set in the 20th century.

In Gangster! there can be competition between players, depending on which side their character comes from. The game uses 3 6-sided dice and 1 20-sided die not supplied, for an old-fashioned system with 7 characteristics.

React to a terrorist attack at an airport. Manage hostage negotiations or criminal expansion in the city you're in charge of.

Commit crimes and build a criminal organization. Try to expand your territory and take control of new rackets.
