Stone A Dwarven Saga is a Solo Journaling Role Playing Game

The player takes on the role of a Dwarf (Dwalli) travelling through the deep roads between dwarven settlements bearing a flame from the Great Furnace which burns within the capital city of the dwarves.

The Dwarves of Stone are an ancient civilisation whose capital city Dwallinhiem lies deep within the heart of the Winter Crown Mountains. The dwarves of this world have waxed and waned but endured through millennia. They have what would be considered advanced technology for a fantasy setting such as firearms, and steam engines all of which help aid in their continued survival and prosperity.

Stone takes place during an emerging age of new beginnings for the Dwarves with the character seeking to carry the Sacred Flame to a newly founded, or even a reclaimed, dwarven hold within the mountains. However, even though it’s an age of new beginnings, there are many dangers in the deep roads that your dwarf must navigate to succeed.

The game is played with a set of Eldar Futhark runes and a pool of d6s
