Gameplay: Quick and simple rules (the summary fits on a single page). There are 3 stats (Strength, Dexterity, Control) and players make saves when there is a risk of failure. A result less than or equal to a save is a success. There are no hit rolls (damage is inflicted automatically).
Stress and fallout: The game deals with horror themes. This is mechanically represented by Stress and Fallout. Fallout represents how characters are changed when they encounter horrors. The design avoids using mental illness and trauma as game mechanics.
