The Leeghwater Project Expansion adds several new things.

  • A new faction, the Netherlands, that uses Jan Leeghwater’s expertise in water management, adding even more water to your dams.
  • The External Works mechanic, a set of powerful tiles that can be obtained from a new action space. With them you'll be able to perform many actions, but be careful. To unlock the External Works power you'll need to burn the required amount of Concrete Mixers and Excavators rather than just assign them to the Construction Wheel.
  • The Personal Building mechanics. You’ll be able to use a combination of five Building tiles, each one with a different, powerful effect that can be activated by your engineers.
  • Two new Executive Officers designed to enhance the External Works and the Personal Buildings.
  • Three new Advanced Technology tiles dedicated to the construction of Personal Buildings.

    Une très bonne extension. Il faut doser entre les invariants nécessaires avec le plateau de boîte de base et tout ce qu’apportent l’extension. Ce n’est pas un long fleuve tranquille

    Je trouve ce jeu formidable. C'est un jeu expert il est vrai. Avec une forte thématique. La rejouabilité est au rendez vous. Il faut compter 45 mn de jeu par personne. Le jeu est tendu. Il sera difficile de tout faire, il faut faire des choix. Le jeu est bien que ce soit à 3 ou 4 joueurs. Mais fonctionne étonnement bien à 2 aussi. Le départ asymétrique est un plus. Pour les joueurs solo, l'automa est très bien fait. Si vous aimez les brises neurones ce jeu est fait pour vous. Les règles ne sont pas compliquées. Le jeu est même assez fluide. Ce qui est compliqué c'est plutôt d'optimiser au mieux ses tours de jeu et de faire tourner son entreprise à plein tube. Je recommande.

    Cette extension aurait pu être directement intégrée au jeu de base. Un aspect un peu négatif à mon sens les travaux extérieurs qui ne permettent pas de récupérer ses bétonnières et excavatrices quand on sait qu'il est difficile de pouvoir augmenter son cota pour construire les ouvrages.
