This series of books in which you are the hero is based on a rather jubilant concept.

In the spring of 1582, in the Japan of the great feudal lords, war has reigned for decades, and the country is on fire.

Your master, Hideyoshi, "the monkey", lays siege to Fukutuma Castle, in the heart of the Mori clan's lands. But his spies report the formation of a large relief army. The great general instructs you to locate it and return as soon as possible so he can advise.
