In Indian Sanskrit, Samsara means "constant wandering" and stands for the eternal cycle, the "Wheel of Life."
The gameboard of "Samsara" shows a circuit as well, consisting of two tracks with 24 double spaces, each space having two halves: one round, the other square. The outer track leads to the target space.
Since each player may move any playing piece, you can thwart your opponent's plans by moving cleverly, making the best use of your dice rolls, and maybe even by moving a piece to your own side that your opponent thought would have been safe in reaching his target space.
Realizing your own possibilities and changing tracks tactically and cleverly make "Samsara" appealing. The first player to reach the center space with his scoring piece wins the game.
