Improve the neighborhoods of 19th century Paris!

In Paris, you play the role of wealthy real estate investors in 1900s Paris. Paris is at the peak of its transformation into one of the most beautiful cities in the world. After successfully hosting the 1889 World's Fair, crowned by the construction of the Eiffel Tower and celebrating the centenary of the storming of the Bastille, Paris is experiencing a period known as the "Belle Époque".

The architecture of Paris created during this period ranges from Beaux-Arts, neo-Byzantine and neo-Gothic to Art Nouveau and Art Deco. It is up to you to buy some of these beautiful Parisian buildings in order to make a profit and invest in the development and maintenance of some of the most iconic buildings and sites in Paris.

The game is played over a variable number of rounds. Once the end-of-game condition is triggered, players end the current round, and then all have one last turn before the final score of the game. The player with the most VPs at the end of the game is declared the winner.
