In June 1944, the largest fleet that the world has ever seen the ribs of Normandy. This fleet consisted of more than 5,300 vessels carrying more than 300,000 men and 50,000 vehicles. Faced with them, veterans of the German army. Atlantic Wall is a simulation of this campaign. The pawns represent almost all the trainings that participated in the battalion. Infantry, anti-tank, engineer, assault rifle, rocket, paratrooper, rding, commando and glider are fully represented. The characteristics include resistance nests, Cherbourg's fortifications. The map presents all primary and secondary roads, trails and other types of terrain, villages, cities and towns that formed the Bastions of German Defense. As always with this series, the battle orders have been studied to provide an exact and functional representation of the armies on both sides.     "Monster Wargame" ! Pas encore jouer sur ce wargame cependant remplace, à mon avis et en ayant parcouru les règles, son ancêtre "the Longest Day". Les pions (counters) sont bien plus "agréables" graphiquement, les cartes aussi. Prévoyez une grande table pour jouer et des sachets 4x6cm (vendus sur ce site) et des boites plastiques de 36 cases (4 boites) (vendu sur un autre site venant de Chine) pour ranger les pions.
