Learn about the extinct species, then bet on your dinosaurs' strengths to collect all the cards in the game and win the game. So, are you ready to take up the challenge?
Game principle:
The principle of Nature Challenges - Dinosaurs 1 (2022) is simple: children aged 7+ bet on the strengths of the animals. The player who has the strongest characteristic wins the cards of the other players. The first player to collect all the cards in the deck wins the game.
All players have their cards in front of them, face down. The player who starts the round looks at the first card in his or her pile and chooses the characteristic of the animal that he or she thinks is the strongest. The other players look at their first card and state the value of that same characteristic. The player with the highest value wins the round.
Example of a battle:
The mosasaur weighs 8,100 kg... can it win the battle against the triceratops? Yes, it can, because it is the heaviest dinosaur (the triceratops weighs 6,500 kg). Beware, the abundance of fossils of a species in the collections of museums around the world can turn the tables at any time!
Each card is illustrated with a dinosaur, its characteristics (weight, length, appearance in millions of years, danger index, agility index) and contains educational content to learn more about the species. Perfect for learning while having fun!
A random Collector's Card is included in the deck of the new Nature Challenges - Dinosaurs 1. It allows players to discover a natural phenomenon (e.g. Fire, Rainbow, Tornado, Eclipse, Hail, Polar Dawn...) and leads to a specific action on the round.
