Arthur Brown is none other than Cluemaster. Less known than the Riddler, he acts as the master of riddles thanks to his high intellectual capabilities. Able to analyze situations finely, he can turn them to his advantage. Cluemaster is often used as a mercenary by other supervillains. His daughter did not follow in his footsteps and chose to become a heroine, known as Spoiler.

In terms of gameplay, Cluemaster is an asset if you wish to successfully perform reflection and manipulation actions. His sheer luck allows him to enhance his dice rolls. His tactical ability enables him to organize his allies to gain the upper hand.

This character can be used as a replacement for the Villain in certain missions of the base box.
 This character is playable in Versus mode (the Versus expansion is required to play this tactical showdown mode for 2 players).
 Cluemaster has 2 powers. The most significant one allows him to increase the difficulty of an objective.
