The head of the Hong Kong underworld and master of the Ghost Dragons assassin group is Shen Fang. He collaborates with Gotham City’s crime boss Carmine Falcone. Besides his imposing stature, which makes him a formidable opponent, he is also an expert in martial arts. If accompanied by his assassins, he is likely to give the heroes a hard time.

In terms of gameplay, Shen Fang has a significant number of health points. Additionally, his stature allows him to better withstand melee attacks. His martial arts skill enhances the reliability of his hits. Lastly, the loyalty of his men helps him avoid being targeted.

This character can be used as a replacement for the Villain in certain missions of the base box.
 This character is playable in Versus mode (the Versus expansion is required to play this tactical showdown mode for 2 players).
 His power allows him to replace his event tile with his Ghost Dragons assassins. (If you do not have this expansion, you can recruit the Brutes with firearms).
