Choose the right die, then hope for luck to help you throw cards

Each player begins the game with ten cards randomly numbered from 1 to 20, and two chips. On his turn, the player rolls any combination of his six dice he wishes, with the two blue dice numbered 1 through 3, the two yellow dice numbered 4 through 6 and the two red dice numbered 7 through 9. If the sum of the dice rolled matches a numbered card in your hand, discard it! Of course, if someone else has that number, they discard it too. You can spend tokens to increase or decrease the number rolled, and if you spend four tokens, you can discard any card!

Wait, four tokens? Yes, every time you don't discard a card on your turn, you gain a token from the pool. The turn ends as soon as someone clears their hand, and everyone else scores 1 point for each card still in their hand. Whoever has the fewest points after three rounds wins.
