Bolt Action - German - Kubelwagen Ambulance

The Kubelwagen was the military version of the Volkswagen car and proved to be a reliable, sturdy and much-loved little workhorse, used on all fronts from the start of the war.

Although it lacked the four-wheel drive of the Allied Jeeps, this shortcoming was compensated to some extent by its lighter construction, locking differential and good ground clearance. It could carry four men (three plus a driver), which was enough to transport an armament team or a HQ unit.

A German doctor tends to a wounded man in this converted Kubelwagen field car, before he speeds off to the nearest aid station. The figures can easily be painted as Afrika Korps, Waffen-SS or Heer. So this new vehicle has broad appeal for all German army players!
