Set in a world inspired by the tales of Arabian Nights, one of the players is Scheherazade, who is guided by the story easel to create adventures. Experience the adventure of a group of desert merchants in the valley of ALZUHRA

Once upon a time, in a land drowned under the desert, there was a group of merchants living in the Red Mountains. That group was you; and your recent misadventures have led you broke... But your met a desert spirit. His name was the Bateleur and he looked like a dromedary with a human face carrying a Bedouin tent on his back. He offered to take you to Alzuhra, a legendary valley hidden in the mountains. There, you will find food and tresors, but only the inhabitants could find there path to Alzuhra. At this point, you immediately agreed.

How do you play?

ALZUHRA lets you play a role-playing game instantly and without any preparation, using mechanics that are accessible to everyone. The story is split into 17 Nights of 30 minutes.

Before each Night, one of the players play a different role: Scheherazade. With the help of the story easel, she can :
  •  Read the introduction and the first events of the Night.
  •  Find the inspiration to react to the heroes' responses and the results of the dice to create new events.
  •  Choose the conclusion of the Night.
Each of the other players play one of the five merchants, represented by a painting of the inside of the Bateleur's tent see through the eyes of your hero. Would you choose :
  •  Izza, fire-eater
  •  Kitab, perfumer
  •  Baba, cook
  •  Eafan, herbalist
  •  Hama, animal trainer
As a hero, describe your own ideas for solving the adventures created by Scheherazade. You can use your character's painting to : 
  •  Find an object that can help you in your actions.
  •  Get an extra dice if the chosen object convinces Scheherazade.
  •  Roll 2 or 3 dices and get at least one green symbol to succeed.
Write your own Tale of Arabian Nights.

At the end of each night you can pause the game or continue. You can also change who is Scheherazade, which will change your group of merchants. Finally, the choices you make and the conclusions you draw from your adventures will have impact on your next Nights.
