Anfortas
Founded in 2011, Editions Anfortas publishes works that focus on thought, originality, imagination and the beauty of language.
Anfortas is the name of King Pellès, also known as Pwyll Penn Annwfh Pwyll. He is the Rich Fisher King, the guardian of the Grail.
In a way, all publishers are holders of knowledge, of a grail, which they pass on from the writers they publish to their readers.
Edizioni Anfortas was awarded the Special Publishing Prize at the Città di Cattolica International Literary Prize in 2024.
